1st day
Brno - Vranov - Znojmo
Morning leave Brno for Vranov. Visit of the chateau Vranov with marvellous interiors, well-known hall of the Ancestors and Trinity Chapel. Continue to Znojmo, former royal city with the Moravian oldest preserved Romanesque chapel, castle, town hall and marvellous view of the river Dyje valley. Visit of the brewery Hostan situated next to the oldest part of the city. Afternoon Premonstratensian convent in Louka including its wine cellars and wine tasting.
Return to Brno. Dinner in the famous beer pub Pegas where several sorts of beer are producing.
2nd day
Třebíč – Telč - Jihlava
Morning leave for Třebíč, visit of the Jewish area and Prokop Basilica ( protected by UNESCO since 2003) and the historic town centre.
Continue to Telč, historical renaissance town protected by UNESCO with unique square with arcades and renaissance houses and renaissance chateau.
Overnight in Jihlava, historical city with gothic, renaissance and baroque architecture.
Dinner in the Brewery restaurant being part of the Jihlava brewery Ježek.
3rd day
Humpolec – Žďár nad Sázavou – Pernštejn
Morning leave for Humpolec and visit of the family brewery Bernard starting its activity in 1991 but continuing tradition of the beer production in this area dated from the 16th century. Afternoon visit of Žďár nad Sázavou and especially of the Green Mountain with the Pilgrimage church of John Nepomuk protected by UNESCO since 1994.
On the way back to Brno stop in the castle Pernštejn, one of the most important and the most beautiful Moravia castles built in the gothic-renaissance style.
Dinner in the Castle wine bar situated in the Špilberk Castle.
4th day
Brno
Morning guided sightseeing tour around the city Brno centre including New and Old City hall, SS Peter and Paul cathedral, Minorit and St.Jacob churches, Old City convent etc.
Visit of the Brno brewery Starobrno where the beer has been produced since the 14th century when the first convent brewery was founded here. The mark Starobrno belongs to the leadest Czech beer producers.
Free afternoon for shopping and city walking.
